Chaim brings over a dozen years of public relations agency experience planning and managing campaigns for consumer, business-to-business and technology, media and telecommunications clients to Kaplow, where he is leading Skype’s business and technology PR efforts. A results-focused strategic thinker, Chaim has strong, active media relations skills and is experienced in coordinating multi-national PR efforts.

An intellectual by nature with roots in education and public policy, Chaim is a natural problem-solver and talented writer whose curious mind is finely tuned to popular culture.

Chaim graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in marketing from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business.
